   Food was great, but our visit on a Saturday evening felt like a startup on slow Monday night. Very few tables occupied. Service was spotty, although well-intentioned. Everything was slow and staff was huddled together chatting while tables went mostly ignored. Would love to see this place flourish, but worried if this is the model.

   We reserved a table and even confirmed the reservation a day before. When we arrived ( dropped of by uber) the restaurant was closed. No notice, and like I said we even had to confirm our reservation. We had to get another Uber to get out of there. Even now still no excuse or anything. If I could give zero stars I would.

   Maybe for us the best crawfish ever and the noodles (we had ours with shrimp) were a great accompaniment!

   The food was great. But the service was not. We made a 7pm reservation for 13 guests. When we arrived we were immediately told that the kitchen closes at 7:30 and the restaurant closed at 8pm. The website didn’t specify that. We ordered quickly even though our whole party hadn’t arrived. And at the end, they did not tell us that there was an auto gratuity of 18%. So most of us tipped an extra 20% on top. I paid close to $100 in gratuity and the server did not say a word. On top of feeling rushed, we were made to feel guilty as soon as we sat down that our whole party hadn’t arrived. Most made it in by 7:20pm. But why even take 7pm reservations if you really want people out by 8pm.
