   This was undoubtedly a nice restaurant, and the food we had was very good. I would strongly suggest making this dinner reservation on a day that is not your travel day. For us flying in from two time zones away very early and pushing through the whole day, we could not enjoy this restaurant to our best abilities. Prices are quite high, we spent $100 on a cocktail, soft drink, salad, and soup. Yes we knew prices were high, but if we had the ability to enjoy this restaurant to its full potential I was prepared to spend way more. The staff was super nice and thank god for our server letting us know about the monorail. I could hug her for hours. I do look forward to going back when the time is right!

   A large party contributed to significant noise this time around, but this is our go-to in Vegas and will continue to be.

   Outside of the amazing food, The service was spectacular. Definitely a will hit every time we come to Vegas spot.

   David was phenomenal as our head server. All the food we had was delicious from the sea food tower to the steaks. Only minor thing was the chocolate caramel cake was big in size but not the best in flavor. 10/10 for our business dinner.

   This was my fourth time visiting Craftsteak, but first in four years. Previous experiences had been 5/5. This visit was different from the moment we sat down. The most notable difference was the wait staff. In the past, the pacing and explanations were what you would expect as a dining experience rather than a dining transaction. Our waiter provided minimal explanation of the menu, and immediately asked for our entree order after taking our drink order. We put in appetizers first and wanted to wait to order entrees. Waiter returned two to three minutes later requesting our entree order again. We went ahead and made our order. One note about not explaining the chef preparations, I personally prefer a sauce accompaniment with a filet. Either I do not recall or it’s new, all steaks are prepared with a wine Demi and roasted cloves of garlic. Had this been explained, I would have asked for a simpler preparation rather than discovering when I asked the waiter for a side of bernaise immediately prior to service. Nevertheless, the food was good but not great. The two filets were cooked to temp (medium rare) while the waygu strip for my daughter was rare which was under temp. Interesting because they obviously char it on a hot grill so it had almost a Pittsburgh style feel which was okay but not our expectation or preference. My other daughter’s halibut was probably the best dish as the lemon caper sauce was quite good. The fries, which I’ve never had before, were excellent. My family also really enjoyed the shishito peppers and wild mushrooms. All in all, with all of the steakhouse options in Vegas, this unfortunately will be my last visit. Maybe it was different because I had my two daughters (14 and 10) with me, but for $900 with tip, I expected a better experience.

   Great Experience! Service was Top Notch! Atmosphere was Excellent. Food was Very Good but Steak was slightly disappointing considering what you were paying for it. Worth Treating yourself to a nice meal while in Vegas!

    One of our party guests to the meal received over cooked Lobster. My skirt steak was not that great. The food was at best mediocre for the cost of their food. $100 for skirt steak is ridiculous. Would not eat there again.
