    Just wanted a low key dinner on New Year's Eve. This place was perfect! Great service and hats, noisemakers and free champagne at 9pm when the ball dropped in Times Square. We had a terrific time! Love those steak sandwiches!

    2 stars because we noted we needed 3 highchairs in the opentable reservation and when we got there they only had 2 for us because they had just given the 3rd to another party. To me if you have a reservation you hold the highchair that close in time to the reservation, or you call the reservation owner and let them know you can’t accommodate them. Their boosters don’t strap to their chairs either so that wasn’t an option. Anyone with toddlers knows it’s not enjoyable to try to keep your toddler on your lap. Also 2 stars because I asked for a cup with ice two times and never received it and they ran out of birthday candles the waitress said. Again we let them know it was a birthday in the reservation options. They are located next to a CVS and as the restaurant if they see they have birthday reservations it would be nice if they went and grabbed some. I would have brought our own candle if I had known. These are small things, and the food was good. We go here often. But, the small things make all the difference and they add up. It’s all in the details when it comes to service.

    Made a reservation for lunch didn't need one at all. Did not need one at all but always helps to get points on OpenTable 😊 Tried their new Cobb salad it's a good size salad very tasty so if you're not wanting Pizza you're wanting a salad is a good way to go. I'll definitely be back here again. Server was very friendly 😊

    Have wanted to try Craftsman forever as every time we go by it smells so fantastic. Finally tried it last Friday and it is our new fave! Luckily we got there early as the place was very busy. My husband loved the super (I think that’s what is was called) pizza and I loved the Margarita pizza. He also had and thoroughly enjoyed the butter cake dessert. Definitely recommend.

    Tasty pizza and interesting choices. Service was good. Went on a Sunday mid-day for lunch, wasn't crowded, was peaceful and relaxing with tasty food :)
