   Booked the Brunch reservation for Easter and was hoping to be highly impressed and was not let down. The wine selection was wonderful and the food was amazing. Thank You, Crafted, for coming to Clermont to deliver a more upscale dining experience. It was nice to see a steady flow if people coming in supporting your restaurant. I wish you much success and planning on being back soon!!

   Was a bit apprehensive as the previous restaurant was terrible. But a new chef has upped the quality of the food presented. Highly recommend the poached lobster appetizer unbelievable flavor combination, it is a large dish. Steaks were well cooked and the banana fosters was really tasty. Service was a bit slow 30mins for each course and the restaurant layout is dated and haphazard. Overall it is a good addition to the Clermont restaurant scene.

   ! I loved the mushroom soup, enjoyed the lamb. And they even swapped out the carrots for brussels sprouts for me! Guys both had nice steaks and my vegetarian friend had the fish which was wonderful, she reports. Portions were great, temperatures requested done expertly. Orpheio was again our server, great service!! Menu is not extensive but very well rounded with excellent choices, pricey but worth it and love the location!

   The experience from service to food was not worth the value- our service started out with James who seemed overwhelmed- 6:30 reservation- not more than 20 guests in the entire restaurant - and no need - he said only half of the cocktail list was available- started with a order for the mojito - told us it was interactive and would require us to compose the cocktail- then ordered 2 smoked old fashioned, a wine by glass, a shot of tequila which took 15 minutes for all to hit the table- after the comment that the bartender was new.. food - sub par at best - strip steak was good / sides Brussels sprouts / fingerlings not great and not hot/ lamb ok but sauce was bitter and pungent with paprika - Ahi Tuna -sushi grade as told was basically frozen pink tough and not edible- they did take it off our bill- snapper was good / came with dots of certain colors that needed to be described and was a concern for a food allergy - stated they were all natural when not convinced they said chef assurured - curasao is not natural blue- never a visit from a manager - not even one visible - music in bar was louder than necessary as the bar was empty… could have been tempered and more enjoyable / not going to return / they have a lot of work to do to improve the overall quality of this restaurant

   The steak was perfect and server was attentive and fun. The experience was awesome. The outdoor patio was wonderful.

   Absolutely magnificent from the drinks to the appetizers to the main course and dessert. Everything was superb.

   Very accommodating and professional great local fine dining steakhouse that is just as high quality if not better than the big fine dining corporate steakhouses. The chef is on point with everything he is doing with an incredible food background. My son and I really enjoyed everything and Max made us feel right at home! Looking forward to see your success when we come back that way again. All the Best!

    First time here. It's great to have a higher end steakhouse. We always just order apps to start, and if the apps are good we order entrees. The apps were fantastic, the wedge salad and lobster bisque were unique, different and great looking. So we ordered the smoked chicken and scallops. More scallops than normal, and was a beautiful looking plate, the smoked chicken was delicious! We will be going to order steaks very soon. Highly recommend. Our waitress must have been new, she was very awkward and we had to ask for the bread service, empty plates sat on the table and another waiter picked them up. The drinks were great, I had a whiskey drink and a rum drink. Both great, the whiskey was a little fruity for me, so next time I'll be sure to get a bourbon. Overall, I highly recommend it for a great date night and walk around Clermont.
