   Food and service were excellent. Our server was really helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. However, the place was too noisy (loud music).

   The food was good. The service was okay but we had to ask for water and coffee a few times. I wish lattes or cappuccinos were on the menu.

   Been there couple times, especially when friends or family visiting Vancouver. They are amazed with beer and barrel nachos.

   Six of us spent $320 on food and drinks and had a great time. The only disappointment was with the reservation process. Our requested booth was not available but no one contacted us to let us know. Please call the restaurant to re-confirm if you are particular about where you’d like to sit.

    I made a reservation for my team to have lunch together. The reservation was for 6 people. However, they sat us at a table for 4 people. When we asked about moving to a larger table, they asked if we wanted an “upgrade.” But the reservation was clearly made for 6 people, so we just wanted a table large enough to accommodate our party. Someone came out and said “you can move there if you want” and pointed to another table. Then she stood there and watched us move the cutlery over so there would be enough. Only three menus were provided, so we had to share. I totally would have understood if the restaurant had been busy, but it was virtually empty. Since we’d made a reservation, the size of our group shouldn’t have been a surprise. Our server was lovely and provided really good service, which is why this review is getting more than one star. The food was mediocre. My chicken sandwich had more mayo than chicken. I think their portions have decreased. Definitely not worth the price. We chose CRAFT because we wanted something casual and relaxed. But I wish I’d just taken the team to Ophelia because at least the food would have been good.
