Food, service, and atmosphere always great!! Wish they still had fresh bread, balsamic/oil, and crushed pistachios...... perks that brought us back all these years...(17 +)

Really enjoyed our meals. Fish tacos.. requested grilled instead of breaded. Lots of fillings.. fresh, very nice presentation. Then, Mediterranean salmon... really delicious and unique. Lots of fresh veggies in broth. Also enjoyed a nice bottle of wine reasonably priced. Our server was efficient and attentive. Modern and comfortable atmosphere since they remodeled a year ago. Overall a very pleasant evening... highly recommend!!

The food was very good. I had the Prime Rib French Dip with Fries it was so tasty the Fries were also very good, my daughter had the Eggs Benedict and my husband had the Chicken Pizza. The Eggs Benedict were very good the hollandaise was a little to lemony, the pizza was okay the chicken was way to dry. The service was a little sketchy Ciera was really overwhelmed she was the only one on duty. I have had really good experiences in the past. I will be going back probably not on a weekend though.

The menu is so good. I ordered the Oriental Salad it was delicious, also ordered a Cosmo not to sweet. The Cosmo was good I did have to request more limes then it was good. As it was noonish so very busy. I still could read my book while I ate the super good salad.

Great food. Had the cajun pasta and the special which was chicken marsala over pasta. Great selection of craft beer. Only strange thing was the waitress came and boxed up my wife’s dinner without asking if she wanted a box or even if she was done eating. It worked because she was pretty much done, but strange.

C.R. Gibbs has one of the more varied menus in Redding, with nice execution and attention to details. We've dined there twice -- on two consecutive visits to town -- and have enjoyed our dinners both times. Seafood, beef, pork and chicken all have hit high notes. The small plate of brussel sprouts with peanut sauce was an excellent vegetarian entry. Our servers have been on the ball both times. The hostess could be more engaging and friendly, though she was not unfriendly. We are recommending C.R. Gibbs and will be back.
