   Some customer service glitches as they were very busy dealing with the Chelski home crowd (a match was due to kick off at 2pm) but other than that, reliable and good value

   Enjoyed a lovely family meal at the French restaurant Cote Fulham yesterday. We had been before so we knew it served very good meals with delicious sauces. The food was scrumdilly and i particularly enjoyed the cream caramel. Seating was very comfy, music created ambience, service was very good and we enjoyed ourselves. Will recommend and will return !

   Been many times food excellent and good value off the 2 course and 3 course monthly menus. Table for 3 booked and we were there at that time . Match was 8.15 kick off so plenty of time. Service needs serious attention. Appreciate a football night will be busy as that's when we go there. But service has been poor many times. Not sure they can cope with large numbers all at once. Took 25 minutes between first course and main course. To save time we asked for the bill to come with 2 ice creams with chocolate sauce and one coffee. The bill took 15 minutes, coffee came but the ice creams still weren't with us and we had to leave to go to the game. Had to cancel the desserts and paid the bill then the ice creams turned up. (It doesn't take 20 minutes to 'cook' an ice cream!!) We did get them taken off the bill. Which was also messed up as they charged for 2 not 3 then said leave it . So off we went. Unless service improves we shan't be using Cotes Fulham again on evening match days.

   First time friends and I visited here after trying other local venues during the days Chelsea play. I must say I was impressed with the service and the food was ok but not considered outstanding. It is a venue that I will use again. I was surprised that it wasn't busy. The only thing that let's this chain of restaurants down is the 12.5% service change on the overall bill. Service should be rewarded as to whether it is good or bad and not stuck on the bill as an extra.

    They cancelled my booking less than six hours before the reservation time. I booked on Monday evening and they cancelled on Tuesday lunchtime, via voicemail. Obviously I'm not going to recommend any restaurant which treats its potential customers like that!
