   My Tomahawk steak was like a salt lick. I have never seen a tomahawk ever come out already cut up. Potatoes with Chimichurri was not good.

   The appetizers were the star of the meal. Best lamb I've ever had. However the $80 dry aged ribeye was pretty chewy for the cut. It was delicious, but I couldn't chew about 1/5 of the steak.

   I booked this reservation a month in advance and noted on the booking that it was our anniversary. We got there almost 10 minutes early and were willing to wait. My husband sweetly, proudly announced to the 2 hostesses that it was our anniversary, to which they didn’t respond at all. We got seated at arguably the worst table. It was in the middle of the room, the last table on the walk to the bathrooms. We could see the women lined up to use the restroom, and everyone had to walk around or by our table to get to the bathrooms. My husband mentioned this and again our anniversary as we were being seated, and no change in table was offered. There were open tables on the banquet side and the window side. A large party was later seated at 3 different tables - 2 by the windows and 1 at the banquet. They then walked by our table all evening to socialize with each other. Why weren’t they seated together and us put at a table on the side? Our waiter was fine, the food was amazing. But the seating and lack of response to our anniversary left a “bad taste” so to speak. We weren’t looking for anything free. But literally no response to my husband’s statements of it being our anniversary? It was borderline uncomfortable. We have always recommend Cork & Cow to people looking for a nice, non-chain date night restaurant. After spending about $300 for this experience, I’m not sure we’ll be going back or recommending it anymore.

   Our food was excellent! Steaks were cooked perfectly and the crème brûlée did not disappoint! Our server was fantastic and made the evening fun!

   Service and food quality was great . This restaurant is creative and consistent. The wait staff are seasoned and professional.

   Excellent service and food. The veal was very good. The gnocchi with the scallops and shrimp was the best we have had . That saying some coming from Chicago that has excellent Italian restaurants!!

   Our server was excellent. We were seated upstairs and it was so loud to where I could not hear the other person I was dining with. Our whipped feta was amazing. My steak was cooked well. However, my boyfriend’s steak was so very salty. He also asked for well done and it was medium rare. Our shrimp were also overpoweringly salty.

    The staff was phenomenal and we had exceptional service. Food was very good as well.
