I’ve given this venue a couple of chances, but unfortunately, the experience hasn’t improved. The service was quite slow considering the number of guests dining, and the bar consistently struggles to get orders right.
Our table ordered drinks with our meals, and when some of us later went to the bar to get more, we were told they’d bring them to our table instead—only to receive the wrong drinks. The food itself wasn’t terrible, but it could definitely use more flavour.
The most frustrating part of the visit was finding out at the bar that we couldn’t split the bill. There was no signage or notice on the menu to indicate this, at least none that we could see. Additionally, the surcharge on the final bill came as a surprise; it would have been better if this had been mentioned upfront.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the venue itself has a nice atmosphere—it just needs some attention to service and communication details.
