   This is really exceptional without being stuffy. Be prepared for £1000 for two if you have the tasting menu and paired wines (which is highly recommended!); this is an exceptional experience. I paid £600 18 years ago for the Fat Duck so this is decent value for the experience you will get. Small intimate dining room where every member of staff is drilled to ensure your experience is top notch. Do not waste this on older children or young adults who will not appreciate the incredible cooking! Send them to enjoy their five guys and spend your hard earned money on yourself!

   We had very high expectations for the dining experience and they were exceeded. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by friendly, welcoming staff, and that continued throughout. This experience is one I will never forget the food was incredible and each course presented like a piece of art. We hope to visit Encore in Australia or other Core locations soon. Thank you to the entire staff for leaving us with memories to last a lifetime.

   This was our second time at Core. This time our visit included friends we were traveling with, and this was a nice dinner before returning home after almost two weeks away. We arrived a few minutes early for our 8:15 pm reservation and received a warm greeting and to my surprise, we were seated at the Chef's table with another party of three. This was really a nice touch since I had originally requested the table when I thought it would be a party of 6 but got a non-committal answer. We all decided to do the A La Carte menus since we all were not super hungry. Sadly, the best part of our dinner was desert (Apple) and the table side Irish Coffee presentation. The "beginning" course was just OK with maybe the lobster roll being the standout. While our entrees of a turbot, lamb and two cods were all cooked well...just warm and not hot or exceptional. Obviously, it's a little hard to be too disappointed when the chefs are all looking right at you and they have knives (humor). Our wives were facing the kitchen, and we had our backs to the kitchen. Service was excellent and well-paced for an almost three-hour meal. My golf buddy likes to break the ice, so the service team was a little chattier and we enjoyed some extra engagement. Chef Clare did visit the table, but it was a little awkward and very brief. On our way out we did want to acknowledge the Pastry Chef, our polite way of highlighting what was good. Moving through the bar, we gave a nice shoutout to the Irish Coffee master bartender. Overall, the experience was disappointing given the 3M stars and my visit last year was the best meal ever; and I ranked Core as my #1 restaurant ever.

   The best dining experience and meal I have ever had. The food was out of this world and the staff were wonderful. I will never forget it.

   What a truly brilliant experience!! Hands down the most eloquent, vibrant, sensory experience for a meal I have ever had in my 55 years on the planet!!! The orchestration by the entire staff was simply flawless! Can’t wait to experience the new creation in Chelsea this summer!! Best regards Dave K

   Wonderful experience! I took my wife for her 30th Birthday, we’ve always wanted to experience fine dining but have never been in a position financially to do it. It did not disappoint! The front of house staff were incredibly personable and welcoming. They were incredibly attentive throughout the multiple courses, which were mind blowing! Highlights were the core-teser and the potato and roe! A wonderful experience, can’t say enough nice things about it!

   Core is one of those restaurants where you go to have delicious food and an experience at the same time. The food is creative, delicious, and the presentations are quite unique. The service was attentive and friendly, but not stuffy. The wine selections were very nice and I didn't notice any uncharging. It's hard to find a criticism with a perfect restaurant, but I do have one. The atmosphere would have been more relaxing with fewer people scampering around, some with noisy shoes. The number of staff felt overwhelming and took away from the peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Gary Danko's in San Francisco provides the same level of service with fewer bodies running around. This is a trivial complaint but restaurants tend to like honest feedback and this should not deter you from splurging on this outstanding venue. Plus, the curvature of the interior design gives a slightly feminine touch, rather than the harsh lines favored by male chefs. Clare seems like a nice person and deserves all the accolades she has gotten.

    Bothe the front of house team and kitchen team were incredible, the food was amazing and the service was phenomenal. 10/10
