   Went for New years, you would think a price fix enables them to get food out fast, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the salad out. Food was salty, undercooked and the price was way too expensive. Our guess was that the included tip gave the staff no incentive to give good service.

   Hello Margaret, Firstly I want to apologize for your experience, we have worked really hard over the past 2 weeks to get Block 3 up and running. After investigating your review you were seated at 8:41pm and completed for meal at 10:30pm that was your starters, entrees and desserts all within an hour and forty five minutes. I apologize it may have felt like a long wait, I assure you your server was trying his best to take care of your table. Let us know how we can fix this issue for you.

   Block 3 is a nice improvement from Copper! The new menu was fantastic, as were the cocktails and service. We will be back!

   I’ve been to Copper Whiskey in Bozeman countless times and have had nothing but great food, drinks, and service. Sadly this was my first trip to big sky’s Copper and was thoroughly disappointed. My steak I ordered, medium rare, came out medium well- completely ruining the decadent piece of meat. My fathers order, the salmon on special, somehow did not get in and so everyone was served except him. The waitress said it was just running 5 minutes behind. It was actually 20 minutes behind and was delivered after everyone else already had theirs served. The keg needed a new line apparently because the first sip of my dad and brothers beer was terrible. For the record, I made this reservation for 10 days in advance. very disappointed given the ~$700 bill. Sarah Walter

   The special Thanksgiving menu was a great value for the amount of food we received. Family-style appetizers, choice of turkey/prime rib, and choice of pumpkin/pecan pie. Suggested wine and cocktail pairings with each course. Corey was a friendly and attentive server. We'll be back soon!

   Our Thanksgiving dinner was superb!! 4appetizers for 2 is great but was kinda excessive…too delicious that when time to eat main entreè we were full. We in our fifties, workout a lot and we usually don’t eat that much :) We are big babies that totally loved indulging last night at Cooper!! Must do!….Maybe next time we cut to 2 appetizers and more Whiskey..Ha!!
