   We were the only ones there and it took an hour to bring salad and soup. The service was poor. They did discount the bill.

   Recommendation is for holiday. Our visit was Easter Sunday and was really nice buffet style. Excellent all around. Reservations needed.

   There were very few people in the restaurant but service was still slow. Kept running out of water and having to ask, did not bring all the plates out because one was forgotten. Had a fly in a glass of water and just a sorry was received. Food took to long to come out. Menu was overpriced and mostly "bar" food. Would not recommend unless you absolutely do not want to leave the hotel, if that is the case, don't get water!

   Our party of 5 was really disappointed. It was called a Christmas Buffet but really all they had was one kind of each type of food (except for the protein). Mashed potatoes (were delicious), green beans (okay) and turkey breast (like fake) and ham (also looked fake). Salad bar was nothing spectacular. It was the kind you would see at any chain restaurant. Desserts were delicious but a bit overly sweet. I guess I was expecting a nicely decorated table with a variety of foods but when you look back at their description, we got exactly what they said we would. Not a great choice for dinner Christmas night with out of town guests.

   I expected more from Marriott, pressed turkey for Christmas Brunch I was not at all impressed, Service was slow and inattentive we had to ask for everything. We will be dining elsewhere next Christmas

   horrible food!! very disappointed we drove from Parker to eat here on Christmas. Food tasted as if it came out of a can.

   Worst hotel Buffett I have ever experienced. No dessert without chocolate. My mom is allergic to chocolate. The ham and turkey were deli meat. No stuffing, no cranberry sauce. Potatoes were instant. Only thing worth eating were green beans. Advertisement said enhanced salad bar. If carrots and cucumbers are enhanced then ok. No fruit at all. The manager did take money off. Still no anything I would ever suggest.

   We were seated as soon as we arrived at a wonderful table. The wait staff were very attentive, very friendly. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Food came quickly and was delicious!

   Nice restaurant in the Marriott West, casual but occasionally more dressy, excellent bisque and salads. Staff very efficient and aim to please.

    We showed up early. Noone greeted us to be seated or told us to take a seat. We waited until after the time of our reservation and left as we still had not been greeted.
