Copper Canyon is the official restaurant of the Blue Bay Inn. Offering incredible southwestern cuisine and a tequila bar like no other, this award winning venue is most famously known for its pasilla pepper steak, crab cakes, and signature margaritas!

A 2011 & 2012 James Beard nominee, chef and owner, Michael Krikorian keeps things fresh and creative with amazing flavors in every dish.

A superior tequila bar with over 350 tequilas also allows for unique flights and tequila tastings regularly.

Tequila Dinners are a great way to try both the incredible food and some fine tequilas specifically paired with one another.

Still no sign on the door, 16 years later, Copper Canyon has built and maintained this business by word of mouth. Only horseshoes on the doors let you know that you have arrived at the one and only Copper Canyon.

Our last time eating here. Husbands bday dinner. Asked via OpenTable for a table in the bar area which is less cramped. Only positive of the night. Took 10 minutes to get water. Ordered a beer that was dropped at our table by someone else other than our waitress with no glass. My husband had to walk to the bar to get a glass as no server was in sight. Waited an additional 15 minutes for server to come back ask for salsa and chips--meanwhile she was outside in the street while we sat waiting. Not sure if smoking or socializing. Received apps and asked for sour cream--another 15 min wait. Nothing arrived. Waitress finally swung by and asked if all ok-asked again for sour cream. 5 min later she delivered it. Food cold by time I got it. Last straw. Asked for manager who basically did not apologize but said we would get new waitress. No sorry or comp beer or drink for our troubles. New waitress nice and attentive but by this point meal ruined. Sad to say our last time driving 20 minutes for such terrible customer service. Food very good but not worth hassle. FYI we spoke to the manager directly privately outside after paying bill to address her handling of our issues. Still no remorse, had to practically beg for an apology. Explained that we thought we would at least get comped a drink or dessert for husbands bday for all of our trouble. Just said sorry you feel that way. Really? Obviously didn't care. Will be contacting the owner as they need to retrain their managers. We noticed that manager spent the entire night standing with the hostess chatting - - not walking the floor, not checking with customers and certainly not managing issues. Worst experience we have ever had with management at a restaurant when we had an issue. BS

We were a party of 4. We were having a wonderful evening. Food delicious, enjoying 7 cocktails three appetizers and 4 entrees. We were only there an hour and 15 minutes . We asked for the dessert menu , the waitress returned and said we could not order dessert as another reservation was due in. We were totally blindsided by this lack of hospitality. We dine out often and pride ourselves in being big tippers and easygoing customers who do not overstay our welcome. Our evening went from wonderful to embarrassment and disappointment at that minute. We will never dine there again!

If your use to going out to a nice dinner and relax forget this place. Rush Rush Rush Had to order everything a same time. Appetizers were done, waiter had dinner at table before I had my last bite without cleaning appetizer plates away. I thought he thought I was was going to hold my plate. In and out in 45 minutes needdless to say over priced and so were drinks. I don't mind spending any amount but when it's deserved. Was seated in bar area, why? Got me. Would I go back never. I would eat at Costco first. Don't waste your time. Much more to say but why. You could eat at Raven & Peach for same amount.
