Copida Tequileria y Comida is an authentic Tex-Mex restaurant. Boasting a colorful décor and variety of sweet aroma coming from the open-air kitchen, the restaurant offers a comfortable and homelike ambiance. Joanne Weir, the celebrity chef, has prepared a customized menu for Copita Tequileria y Comida. The restaurant prepares all Tex-Mex cuisines with locally sourced ingredients. Copita Tequileria y Comida prepares fresh tacos and burritos in the kitchen. Lobster tacos are served with cabbage slaw, maine lobsters poached in butter and sauce and Serrano aioli. Enchiladas de pollo en mole manchamanteles is a large favorite platter. It includes rich servings of roasted chicken, queso Oaxaca, crema, almonds, apple and mole sauce. Flan de cajita is a popular Mexican dulce de leche. The tequila bar serves house cocktails a variety of blue agave tequilas. It also serves beer cocktails, simple cocktails, red wine, white wine, whiskey, rose wine and more.

The food was tasty but very small plates and too expensive for the amount. I would not recommend this place.

The staff obviously is appreciative of working there. It's a great place. Nice when as a customer you get the feeling it's special for the front room people--and the chef; the food is delicious--too.

Great menu, lots of diversity, prepared very well. Really liked the wait staff, and the bartenders. The only downside is all the fancy-pants money folks who talk non-stop about their vacation homes, new Jag, etc but if you just treat it like a spectator sport, the people watching can be entertaining.

Not your usual take on a Mexican meal. We loved the small plates and unusual ingredients: Fiddlehead ferns in veggie tacos a big plus. We will definitely be back. Really happy for the recommendation from a friend.

The service was excellent. The food was flavorful but I left the restaurant hungry despite eating from their "big plates" section of the menu. I thought the food was good but not worth the price. I'd go back for their terrific, reasonably priced margaritas but I wouldn't need to eat there again.

The food was not nearly as good as the first two times I dined here.....I would try it again since this last visit was on Easter Sunday....they were very busy....I do like the bar area and the energy, nice menu
