   My family and I have dined here before and normally the food is great and the service is great. I don’t know if it was because they had a different brunch menu or if it was Easter but it was not great whatsoever. First the food was just ok? Nothing to right home about, the portions were smaller and didn’t come with a lot to balance the dishes besides different types of butter and butter cream, and a lot of it! We ordered the salted caramel donuts and the creme brûlée French toast for the table, the donuts were oddly savory with not a lot of caramel served on TON of buttercream that tasted like plain butter. The French toast while had rich flavor, had little to balance it and was just ok. Individually we had two orders of the eggs every way breakfast, avocado toast, and the breakfast gnocchi carbonara. Honestly everything was just kind of underwhelming? We asked for extra crispy bacon and it came out the exact opposite, the carbonara was nontraditional in some sort of loose broth, and the avocado toast was small and drowned in arugula. Disappointing and not worth the price. The drinks (we had two brunch sangrias) were very good. Now the service, again I don’t know if it was a rough day or what but some of the worst service I have had. Our reservation was at 10:15 (they open at 10) we were our waitresses first table and it seemed like she couldn’t handle the traffic? Mind you it wasn’t that busy when we were there, it started to pick up as we were finishing. No ice for the water, wait 10 minutes to get ice, wait 10 to get bread, wait 10 to get a new fork, wait 10 for ketchup etc. She wouldn’t stop at our table long enough to ask how everything was or if we needed anything, it was always in passing. It just felt like we were bothering her constantly, and I try to tell someone everything we need at once to avoid the back and forth and she wouldn’t stay long enough for us to even do that. Again we were sitting around a bunch of open tables, it was not packed. Shame.

   The food was amazing as usual. Fresh my wifes loves every ingredient it all flows perfect our favorite restaurant

   Love this place. Ate at table in the bar area. Was very comfortable. Great atmosphere. Delicious food and wine. Enjoyed a wine tasting after dinner.

   Cooper’s Hawk, without question, is the finest restaurant in Wesley Chapel! The menu has something for everybody, and the quality of the prepared food is top notch. Myself, my wife and friends each ordered different dishes which did not disappoint! And the key lime pie presentation that we shared for dessert was amazing! We have been members of Cooper’s Hawk for 10 years now-for the reasons listed above!

    The food and service was good. I think they are a little pricey but this was a special occasion so I was alright with the bill.
