   We made a meal of small plates all of which were excellent but if you like Brussels sprouts you have to have theirs.?This was my 1st time to dine there but I will be ordering them every time I return.

   We celebrated our anniversary at Cooper’s Hawk Winery. We started at the bar and had dirty martinis, which were excellent. The service was a little slow at times, but the steak salad and grouper dishes we ordered were delicious. We enjoyed a bottle of Chardonnay as well. The noise level was very high. Although our reservation was for outside, we elected to sit inside because the street noises were too loud.

   Wines were good, not great. Food and experience were very good. Could be a neat place for groups and celebrations.

   I have been a member of CH since i lived in Chicago in 2022. Soooo happy they opened a location in GA! The food is great and the wine is even better! Ive been twice this weekend alone. Trying brunch next 😁

   The food was delicious! We enjoyed the shrimp appetizer, the shashimi appetizer and the meatball appetizer. The drinks we ordered from the bar were good but very very slow in being served. We asked the waiter about ordering a bottle of wine but were told to wait and never asked again until right before our food was served ( our dinners also took a very long time). Our reservation was at 3:30; we were seated at 3:40 and did not leave the restaurant until 5:45.We ended up ordering glasses of wine. We had to ask one of the runners for the pretzel bread for the table. Twice a runner tried to serve us food that wasn’t ours. The meatball appetizer came out after the other two were almost finished. The food itself was delicious and well prepared. The skirt steak was served with everything nearby on the fries and they were too soggy. A separate plate or basket for the fries would have been better. We would go again as in the past our service had been impeccable. Our experience with Cooper’s Hawk had been in both Florida and Detroit. Thinking they might be working out the kinks of a newly opened and staffed restaurant.

   Our waitress Erin was amazing the reason for 3 stars it took well over an hour for our food to arrive. We eventually ask for a manager, at one point we were the only patrons left in our area, and no one came over until we requested a manager. I have dined several times at this restaurant in Chicago and was excited to learn of one in GA. I will return and tell others to visit.

   God bless the servers and staff here. Went for late lunch on Easter and it was bonkers. New restaurant trying to get established and certainly wasn’t a great day for any part of the house or guests. Kitchen backed up which caused delays that we didn’t mind—our server and runners were empathetic. But another table in the bar area where we were seated were visibly and audibly upset, which caused an adjacent table to engage in what I am guessing was a loud defense of the staff. Stressful for everybody in the surrounding area. Note that this is a chain and a novelty restaurant. Their focus is their wine experience which I’m sure would be fun for a girls’ brunch, whatever. The menu is vast but repeats some of the same elements in multiple areas. Our meal was fine but really seemed secondary to the “winery” experience. So maybe this will improve as they get their footing but know that the novelty factor will always be the focus here.

    We have found our new favorite dining place! Cooper's Hawk Winery has it all! From the time you walk through the front door, to the time you leave, you will be captivated by the energetic atmosphere and dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter brunch visit. The energy level was booming with families and couples and the place was full! The food is delicious and the presentation is excellent. The wait staff, hostesses, and staff members helping with wine tastings are all very pleasant and professional. They do a great job of making you feel special and taken care of. I have visited five times now! I joined the wine club and have been so happy with the club and my wine choices. We will be back again soon. Please take the time to visit Cooper's Hawk. You will not be disappointed!
