   Food was outstanding. The sunset over the river was mesmerizing. It was smaller than I expected. Get the waterfront view seating. Definitely worth a visit

   We ate here on Easter Sunday evening. Our server was very friendly, however, the wait after ordering was long. Although the food was good, my husband was served the incorrect entrée, and it seemed like too much of a hassle to correct the order.

   We have been to Coopers in the past and had excellent food and service. However this time it wasn’t. The hostess seated us but did not bring us the special menu along with the regular menu The server brought us one. As soon as we sat down he told us there was no filet mignon How could a steak and seafood restaurant not have filet mignon?? Of course that is what we both wanted, so we ordered the rib eyes which were mediocre at best and not exactly cooked to our liking and the server did not come back to check on it. The carrots were barely cooked. My salad was good and my husbands soup was good. There was a $5.00 upcharge for my baked potato which we were told about when ordering. We will not be going back anytime soon for dinner

   Very limited lunch menu. No fries, they ran out. The salad was lettuce and some onions. No gluten free bread and the fish, even though a little burned on one side, it tasted good. Took a long time for the food to reach the table. I feel it's over priced for the food we were served.

   Food was served Hot and Delicious! This was our second visit in a week and the service and Food Was exceptional!

   We went to celebrate the sell of our house so we wanted a happy surroundings. We were there at 5 in evening so was quiet and the service was plenty. The team work was asset. My husband had the Salmon and was moist and the flavor was all there. I had ribeye was cooked perfectly. Thank you for the excellent evening!

   Wow wow WOW. This place absolutely knocked my socks off. My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary dinner, and I am not exaggerating when I say we were treated like VIP. Maureen, one of the owners and manager clearly went out of her way to make the night special for us. Our server, David, was exceptional. The service we received was top notch. And the food! Oh my, everything we had was incredible. We started with oysters Rockefeller, raw oysters on the half shell and the Chefs Crudo. Everything was clearly high quality and divine! For the mains, we had the two specials they had for the night. My prime rib was tender and flavorful, and my boyfriend’s swordfish with polenta was just as good. We finished with the chocolate cake that was just perfect. I cannot sing my praises enough for Cooper’s. Everything from the service, food, ambiance and even the table we were sat at was a 10/10. If you have not been here yet, you are missing out on a true gem in Vero Beach.

    I understand that experienced staff is difficult to find and keep, but there seems to be an issue with the waitstaff's understanding of the details of menu items. I suggest to "trust, but verify" and if your order doesn't match what is served, speak up.
