   Hi there, Thank you for your review. Whilst it was the holiday season, we were short staffed and we apologies for the wait time on shisha.    Service was shocking had a leaking roof where I was sat asked staff many times if something could be done every time nothing was done

   Hi Hussain, We’re saddened to read your 1-star rating. Over New Year holidays we were short staffed, and we can only apologies for the service time. The roof has an opening to comply with smoking rules and we do not have any leaks in the roof however, if you were sat on the outer perimeter there many have been some water dripping due to the rain and for this, we are sorry. Unfortunately, staff were unable to move you due to being at full capacity on NYE. Warm Regards, Management

   Service was really slow and poor, however the staff were great just a shame many things we asked for didn’t arrive or arrived and hour late

   Amazing vibes. Loved the shisha and food served. They also offer student discounts which is a major plus-point. Highly recommend.

   This is the best Shisha lounge I have ever been to! Atmosphere is great , drinks and Shisha very reasonable priced. Service is very attentive. Will definitely come back when we will go to Cardiff :) thank you very much!!

    Y'all!! If you need a vibe and you miss the clubbing scene..... you MUST head to Conspiracy Lounge on City road, Cardiff, on a Thursday (£5 entry) or Sunday night(free entry)for the best beats!! 😍 couldnt stay still on my seat tonight! Shisha is reasonably priced, lovely mocktails and cakes; also light bites available. The lounge is spacious, beautiful modern decor, loos are clean! Staff is professional and efficient. Cash and cards accepted, booking is easy, as well as walk ins. It says a lot when a place is packed!! Highly recommend. 🙌 Oh, I heard they do home delivery for shisha....👀😁🙈
