   Dinner at the Concourse was very good. Service was excellent. The ambiance and view of the lake were also incredible. The staff was very welcoming.

   Excellent food and the service was very prompt. Great view of Elkhart Lake which added to the experience.

   Everything was perfect, food server and atmosphere. We were there in winter so was nice and quiet.

   French Onion Soup and Crab Cakes started us off and were very good. Ribeye and Peach Glazed pork chop with garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts were excellent. Ala carte sides are big, one side is good for 2 people.

   Our food was absolutely fabulous! The updated menu has very good, upscale selections added. Our service was excellent as well. We will be back!

   I made a 7pm reservation around 11am for dinner online using OpenTable, usually we don’t even need one. We were a party of 4 and arrived early. The hostess offered us a high top table. I politely asked for a regular table. I was denied because they had more reservations coming in and those tables were for them! How was my reservation any different? I would expect you are seated as you arrive. Regular tables were empty and left empty for most of our dinner. Your staff sat a party of 4 at a table big enough for two and sat parties of 2 at tables made for 4. When I am going out for a nice dinner, I don’t want to be seated at a high top table!! I want a nice relaxed dining experience. We ordered no cocktails and could not get through dinner fast enough. The draft at our table was very cold. Our waitress had to start asking if we were done with things so she could make room for our dinner plates which filled the table. As we cut our steak the whole table shook. Yes it shook. My sister has a bad leg and had to stand up because she was in pain. I almost didn’t tip our waitress but changed my mind when she was embarrassed that she couldn’t fit our dinner on the table so she had to start clearing our table. I might have liked a piece of bread with my dinner but there was no room for the bread basket! She understood our situation and did give us a free dessert. She recommended we speak with the front desk, but that lead to nothing. Did not ask my name or my room number.

   We had their Valentine special dinner. I could not eat my food. It smelled bad, and tasted worse. I had the pork chop. My husband and had the chicken Parmesan, and he said it was okay. Our salad came before the appetizer, and our drinks came after the appetizer. The server did not know what the specials were. The server kept saying it’s because it was busy. It was the end of the night and it wasn’t busy. We complained before we left, and they did send a bottle of wine to our room. We appreciate the gesture, but we’re not wine drinkers.

   Wonderful service, beautiful place with amazing steaks and the garlic mashed potatoes were fabulous! The entire evening went so smoothly for a busy New Year’s Evening.

   We ordered ribeyes. The peppercorn crust was bitter tasting but that was ok, the part i didnt like is there was no sear at all on the steak and this made the top kind of mushy. My chard broccoli was good but it was cold. Dessert was amazing
