    A wonderful family experience! We were greeted warmly by all staff. Our waitress, Mary Claire was extremely friendly and made the night seem effortless. She had great suggestions for the evening's specials as well as all normal favorites. The food is an experience in itself. The Steak and seafood are always fresh and of the highest quality. From the moment you step in, it is clear that CBT is built on precision, passion, and pure quality.

    The entire experience was wonderful. The food was amazing. Our server Linda was very knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful and fun for our table.

    Nothing like an amazing dinner with my bride of 41 years. We enjoyed the best filet I’ve had in a long time, with three amazing sides. The wine was perfect - chosen by our incredible server Shannon. In fact, when we go back - which we will - we plan to request Shannon. Shannon is simply the BEST!!!!

    As always food was awesome however service was way off from our visit in February. 6 pm reservation did not get out of there until 9:15Pm

    Amazing, from beginning to end. Absolutely the best steak I've ever had (bone-in filet special). The sides were so flavorful, there were no leftovers (smoked corn and truffle mac n cheese). The service was top-notch, Shannon was friendly, helpful and very attentive. Could not have asked for a better experience. Can't wait to go back.

    Found this gem after looking up for a place to eat after staying near by. From the moment we walked in everyone was so nice and helpful, Shannon our server was so great and amazing! Helped us through the menu and had some amazing recommendations, if in the area this place is a must!

    We so enjoyed our experience but Shannon made it exceptional. Her menu knowledge and customer service were top notch. The ribeye (topped with cowboy butter) and filet are delicious, but save room for dessert because the Apple cinnamon cake was to die for. Next time we are in town we will be back! Thank you for our first 25 year date!!!
