   Will not return after being a great customer having my daughters wedding shower and my sons rehearsal dinner. No lemons no bread and an up charge of 5.00 for mashed potatoes instead of roasted potatoes which is crazy. They lost a great customer. Manager wasn’t of any help

   As always, a delightful meal in a lovely setting. The weather was accommodating so we ate out on the patio. My friends had the Veal Gino while I opted for the Ahi Tuna, and we shared a gnocchi misto appetizer. Everyone enjoyed their selections. For dessert, we tried the chocolate layer cake and the lemon cake. Both were delicious!

   I gave 4 stars for the food and what this restaurant used to be. It’s a shame Bistro has been left to flounder the way it has. We see the effort put into their other restaurants that serve alcohol and the lack of involvement at their byob. This was Bistro’s flagship and it was a phenomenal restaurant. It used to be hard to get a reservation but now the place is half full on a Friday night. The food is still fantastic so it’s clearly management. They let key staff go a few years back and it shows. The restaurant won’t survive if it’s left in its current state.

   In a word, it was terrible! Nothing like we've ever experienced there since it opened - and we've been there a lot. Our server seemed either uninformed or was very new - as though he wasn't familiar with the menu items. And he seemed to get lost for long periods of time. They were out of many items/ingredients so we really didn't get our first choices. One appetizer in our party of 4 arrived alone - the other 3 were not delivered to us until 15 minutes later!! The Bucatini (Summer special) was bland - no taste and very dry (the bucatini was one of the items they were "out of" - linguini was substituted. It was just an awful night - no help from our server. We thought for sure they would comp the 2 desserts we ordered....or at the very least serve us an after dinner digestif as was served to several of the tables around us - the four-tops that arrived after us but were served well before us. This was not the restaurant I've known since they opened. There was something definitely wrong there (both in the kitchen and with our server) that night.

   We took our daughter for her birthday. It was our first visit to the restaurant. The meal was excellent and the service great. I expected to pay a lot more for the meal. Can't wait to come back.

    Went back after a few years and was pleasantly surprised how improved this restaurant was. The gnocchi were delicious and we liked that we were able to order appetizer portions. My chicken entree and my wife’s seafood entree were very good and we had plenty to take home. Spacious and clean space, attentive servers and BYOB. Will definitely make a return visit.
