   Today was my second time at cognac and it was wonderful! There was four of us for Easter brunch and we all had a wonderful time. Started with the grilled asparagus, tomato soup, and caviar. I had wonderful ham snd cheese sandwich with egg. My boyfriend had Salmon Eggs Benedict which was wonderful. My daughter raved about her scallops and she is picky about them. Our server Juliet was knowledgeable and very good. We will definitely be back!

   Great experience. Had reservations for 4 but had 6 and they took care of it. Food was great and service was fantastic. Will be back!

   My husband and I went for Easter brunch. Very friendly and attentive staff. Unfortunately, our meal was on the table within 5 mins of ordering. We were literally in and out in 45 mins. Sometimes that is what people want- but being it was a holiday we would have enjoyed to linger for a bit. The restaurant was lovely but not full so there was no rush for the table. It seems to be the way these days- they want you in and out. Will try again- but hope they slow down a bit

   Enjoyed a wonderful brunch. Food & service were excellent. The owner of the restaurant is one of the nicest guys in St Pete.

   They didn’t get the food, allergies correct and we had to re-order, but everybody was very nice and lovely.

   This is why weekends were invented! Brunch at Cognac is soooo good! The perfect Parisian bistro in the heart of St Pete! I had the eggs Benedict which were cooked to perfection, and our friends both had the croque madame. They are foodies and travel all over the world- and said it’s the best they’d ever tasted! And when the check came I was really surprised- super value for money! Can’t wait for next weekend- just can’t decide if I want to order something else to try more of the menu or those yummy eggs Benedict again! Oh- and our server Paul was an added treat, so lovely and friendly as well as clearly knows his stuff!

    Inside was so loud! No way we could have sat inside and enjoyed a meal, so we sat outside. The new decor is nice. The warm goat cheese salad was delicious - it will be nice when they add an option to add a protein - big enough for a meal. The filet was tough and not cooked to Medium Rare, what I ordered - it was rare. It had an odd taste to it. Badly frozen? The fries and au gratin potatoes were good!
