   The house margarita's were so good we ordered a second round. Their nachos and portobello taco were amazing. Really quiet spot and the servers were super nice.

   I had two tacos here on Taco Tuesday - steak and poblano, and carnitas. The flavors were good but only a single soft tortilla is served so they of course fell apart while eating them. It takes two! Also they serve no dairy at this restaurant and there was a drizzle of cashew crema over the steak which was good.

   The food took a while to get and was underwhelming once you got it. It is Vegan based food, so if you like that stuff, that’s wonderful. The staff was great to talk to and interact with. But wasn’t worth the $$

   Overall fun, friendly service and creative dishes with good ingredients make it worth another visit. The chicken tinga was very moist and flavorful and the drinks were playful. That said, the chips are inconsistent. Some are chewy, stuck together, or way too oily, or don't have enough salt. The carnitas was OK, but too dry and needed more "sabor". And the margaritas, though very creative, were very weak on the tequila. No desserts available either, a missed opportunity. That said, we're going to give it another try to see if things are better next time.

   Friends brought me here for the first time and was hesitant being a primarily vegan/GF restaurant but really enjoyed the food. Lots of flavor and left feeling good, too. Service was great and the place has a very cozy vibe.

   Nachos with enchilada sauce were out of this world!!! The jackfruit enchiladas and portobello street tacos were amazing as well!!

   This is hands down some of the best food I’ve ever eaten!! The drinks were amazing!! Especially the margaritas. Josh, the owner, was informative about the ingredients and helped us navigate. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!

   Had a date night here for the first time and it was amazing, the staff definitely made our night even more special.

   Amazing food! it is a pleasure to eat at Cocina Calavera. so refreshing to be able to dine without worrying about food allergies or cross-contamination (all the food on the menu is GlutenFree and DairyFree)

    I changed my reservation from 6 to 8. Was told only available open table was later. We were the only customers when we arrived and two more arrived during our meal. The earlier time would have been more convenient - disappointed/
