   I had a shrimp cocktail which was lovely. The pork roast was dry and hard to chew. The crackle was soft and wet. Too many vegetables for a older person to eat and a bit spicy.

   Amazing and delicious food. On special occasions, my family was extremely happy to eat here again and again. Thank you for the awesome food. Fast efficient and amazing service by the server. Everything was great. Can't wait to come back

   Was amazing very accommodating towards my kids needs. Would definitely go back. Food was good. Took awhile to get the food but was well serveecwhen it did get to the tables.

   When we arrived the guy at the bar was on the phone, when he finished his call (2-3 mins) he said “someone will be with you soon”. Then no-one came. After another few minutes we yelled out “hello” and someone came out to seat us. We were first people in the restaurant at 4:15pm. Toy section was an absolute mess. Toys strewn everywhere in piles. The meal came quickly and was too a good standard. Service was attentive once seated after initial blip. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant. Tables were clean but the walls were grimy and smudged. Floor looked like it needed a good vaccum and carpet clean.

   Hello Katie, thanks for your detailed review. Easter Weekend is our second busiest weekend of the year so sorry we were on the phone and didn't come to greet you immediately. We were extremely busy over the lunch and we were scrambling to get the family area sorted. We have a lot of toys and it is lovely when families put the toys away but if not we do this in between lunch and dinner service. So sorry the toys weren't organised by the time you arrived. We are quite particular about cleanliness in the restaurant. We did not get the floors vacuumed after lunch before you arrived. We get our carpets cleaned by professionals every 4 months. Our cleaners clean the walls on a daily basis but we don't do this during service so apologies if the walls had sticky finger marks.

   Unfortunately the chicken burgers had cold chicken patties. The chicken wasnt crumbed and was quite thin. It cost $24 but then we had to pay an extra $12 for chips and salad. Kids meals were fine. Service was also fine considering it was very busy

   Thanks for this feedback, Susie. We are sorry the food was cold. We hope we were able to address this with you at the table on the night during our meal checks. We have recently responded to our guest feedback around add-ons and sides for some of our most popular dishes. Not all our guests want fries with their burger these days, so we have made it an optional extra. When all priced together, it comes to $30 which is in line with most burger offerings at a full table service restaurant. The add on salad would have bumped this up a touch as well, as it's an extra add on. Thank you so much for your feedback however, it will help us reduce the risk of this happening again.

    Thanks for the review, Lily. Appreciate the feedback. We have a range of meal sizes to cater for everyone. The Cobb Carnivore for instance is enormous, while we have some lighter value options for those who can't eat as much.
