   The bartender displayed poor hygiene and uncleanliness. Constantly touching and running fingers through his hair, while flicking his nose only to touch fruit, glasses, and alcohol bottles to make customers cocktails is an extremely unpleasant to see. He didn’t wash his hands, not once while I sat barside. Additionally, the oysters advertised on IG are NOT AT ALL what I received in person. The risotto, too, was not made fresh to order. It was precooked, scooped out, and warmed, with a cream sauce added which just sat on top of the dish like water separated from oil. Not smooth and creamy or hot at all. I drove over an hour to try this place and I’m not so sure it was worth the drive nor the cost.

   Terrible experience. Steak not cooked correctly. First time it was raw. Second time it was over cooked, server didn’t seem to care. Lobster Cobb drenched in a dressing - like soup. Sent both back. Nothing was great, service was terrible.

   This is third time we have eaten at Coalition. We enjoy the wide range variety of the menu. The staff has been attentive and friendly to us every time.

   Please know this restaurant keeps the doors open and you will be fighting flies and gnats the entire time! This place is not a real steak and seafood restaurant. It’s more of a casual dining restaurant/bar. Do not go here expecting a steakhouse experience, as you will be terribly disappointed. Food is very basic, bland and not what you would expect for the menu price. Instagram is cute, but don’t go here based on that. They enhance a lot what you see. There are way better options for fresh seafood and a good steak. Easily 2 start at most!

   Went for Easter brunch. They did a great job managing the busy day. Table was ready and the food was good.

   It was good I had appetizer crab cake. Entree branzino and red fish. Delicious. Drinks. Old fashioned. And blood orange margarita. Yum

    This restaurant doesn't live up to their marketing and social media posts. The food is basic at best. We found the experience to be disappointing. We left after our appetizer.
