   We were not able to eat at Hawks landing. I checked their web site for the current menu there was no indication that they were closed on Sat. 12/17. I made the reservation through open table and it was confirmed. We arrived to a closed restaurant. I was not impressed.

   Probably once of the worst meals ever..We ordered nachos that consisted of velveta cheese and some cold jalepenos. shocked to see that is a real restaurant, typically that is baseball stadium food. We ordered the swordfish special with wasabi mashed potatoes. The Sword was over cooked-very tough. the mashed potatoes were not edible- they were from a box, I am pretty certain. The waitress was very good, and the setup is nice, but thats it. I am guessing if we just had a sandwich or something, we would have been better off, but I can't say for certain..

   We had a wonderful night sitting outside on their massive deck. Food was great and resonably priced. It was a nice touch with the live music by the bar.

   Took 20 min to get menus after the girl said to sit anywhere. She saw where we sat and didn't bother to bring menus or ask for drinks or tell the bartender there was a table. Finally had to get up and ask for service. Not happy about that

   This has been one of our favorite go to places this summer. The last couple of times we were underwhelmed by the food. I had the stuffed shrimp and will not order it again. The stuffing was made with the fake crab meat. The service was great. I hope the management figures out what is going on in the kitchen.

   I had went to Hawk's Landing for happy hour a few weeks back with a friend and we found the atmosphere to be perfect, a feeling like we weren't in Southington anymore! I decided to bring a group of friends for drinks and dinner this past Friday. We made reservations (there were 6 of us). The ambiance was great, our table was waiting for us , just seemed like a fun place to be. We had a great time even though our food was fair (just bar food) and the band was terrible. We played it off though and enjoyed the night out! Our waitress was pretty good, we felt the service was slow but we realized how many tables our waitress has and we immediately understood! Overall it was fun, not really anywhere else around town like it!

   Great way to spend a summer evening. The service is good . We had wonderful lobster rolls, I highly recommend them.

   Club 19 is great. We go all the time. Beautiful patio, reasonable prices, and great food.
