   When we arrived, the staff advised they were changing shift and we could sit anywhere - noting that a dirty plates and gkass were left on tables and they were not clean. After 15mins we then chased the team about our table, were moved and then were asked to enjoy the experience. After xhasing, we then received great customer service and our drinks promptly.

   Lovely experience…great view and lovely ambience, would highly recommended and very central for tube and sightseeing at the Tower of London.

   Whilst the service and welcome were excellent, 2 of our first choice cocktails from the menu , weren’t in stock.

   Beautiful location with views of Tower Bridge, The Shard and the city. Staff were polite and warm. If the lighting was dimmed the ambiance would be perfect; it was just too bright and interfered with the views through the glass.

   Great environment and ambience, stunning views of the City towards The Tower of London, The Shard. However the stand out is the staff, very friendly and helpful, they take time to ensure the service is personal and professional. They are a breath of fresh air in a beautiful city!

    Very poor for the price paid. DJ was awful. Music did not suit the event. DJ did not stop the music to bring in the new year. Very very disappointed
