• Picanha (Top Sirloin) Pea-Can-Ya

  our signature steak, picanha is a prime cut of top sirloin. the picanha cut is very popular in the churrascarias of southern brazil. At Cleo's steakhouse, our gaucho chefs carefully carve each piece, just as the gauchos before them have done for hundreds of years. Cleo's steakhouse prepares picanha two different ways. we offer the traditional light seasoning, and a more robust garlic seasoned version. both are equally delicious and grilled to juicy.

• Fraldinha (Flap Steak) Fral-Din-Ya

  In brazil, flap steak is called fraldinha. though it may be difficult to pronounce, you will enjoy the taste of fraldinha. because of the strong marbling characteristics, fraldinha has an unmatched juiciness and robust flavor. whenever people gather on a farm in southern brazil to enjoy churrasco (bbq), fraldinha is sure to be on the grill. fraldinha is one of the most distinctive and flavorful cuts of meat from southern brazil. At Cleo's steakhouse, our gaucho chefs hand select and grill each piece of fraldinha before carving it tableside for our guests.

• Peito (Brisket)

  Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef or veal. The beef brisket is one of the nine beef primal cuts. The brisket muscles include the superficial and deep pectorals. In brazil that's a prime cut, well appreciated in all "churrascarias" (steakhouses) around the country.

• Tri-Tip

  The tri-tip is a cut of beef from the bottom sirloin primal cut. It is a small triangular muscle with a unique taste. Specially in brazil this is salted and roasted, and the final taste is just amazing.

• Sirloin Wrapped W/ Bacon

  Join the bold, beefy flavor of Cleo's brazilian steakhouse top sirloins and the mouthwatering flavor of bacon and you've got a great steak sensation. our top sirloins have been completely trimmed and wrapped with a thick slice of bacon for a tantalizing taste treat you won't soon forget.

  After a nice meal of steak, shrimp, or pork, plop that pineapple on the grill. Pineapple makes a perfect outdoor dessert. The fruit is sweet to start with and the glaze caramelizes and makes it taste like an exotic to any outdoor bash.

  Probably the most brazilian choice out of all meats, chicken hearts are an acquired taste. It is a very tender and juicy bite. It is incredibly rich in iron and protein!

• Cordeiro (Lamb) Cor-Day-Roo

  Cordeiro is how Brazilians say fresh lamb. and Cleo's steakhouse is known for our savory preparation of cordeiro. the gaucho chefs at Cleo's steakhouse offer guests both succulent lamb chops and tender leg of lamb. each is gently flavored with our special fresh mint marinade, perfectly grilled and served tableside.

• Chicken Breast W/ Mustard

• Linguiça (Sausage) Lin-Gwee-Sa

  Linguica is a brazilian-style, cured pork sausage. The sausage originated in portugal, and gained popularity in brazil during colonial times. At cleo's steakhouse, our linguica is flavored with our own special blend of seasonings, created to complement the many flavors of churrasco (BBQ). Brazilian linguica is known for its wonderfully robust flavor. The gaucho chefs at cleo's steakhouse prepare linguica on the rotisserie until the outside is perfectly crisp and the inside is hot and juicy. For centuries, linguica has been an integral part of the churrascaria experience.

• Lombo (Pork Loin) Lom-Bo

  Another house specialty from southern brazil, the gaucho chefs at Cleo's steakhouse start by hand selecting the finest pork loin available. the pork loin is sliced into filets and encrusted with a rich parmesan cheese coating before roasting over an open flame. the result is a unique and delectable flavor.

• Eye of Round

  Eye of round is cut from the prime part. the beautiful marbling on the eye of round provides its superb flavor, juiciness and texture, making this one of the most popular steaks at Cleo's steakhouse. the gaucho chefs know that such a finely marbled cut of beef needs a light hand when it comes to seasoning. they apply just a touch before grilling the steak, rotisserie style.

  The margarita is a cocktail consisting of tequila mixed with orange-flavoured liqueur and lime or lemon juice, often served with salt on the glass rim. It is the most common tequila-based cocktail in the united states. The drink is served shaken with ice, on the rocks, blended with ice (frozen margarita) or without ice (straight up). Limeade, triple sec and plenty of golden tequila are the basis for our home-style margaritas. We serve them with or without salt!
