   Food was good. Do NOT order the parm risotto, it was a ball of paste with rice in it. My wife ordered it and when she tasted it she asked for the mashed potatoes as she couldn't eat the risotto. I ordered a cup (more like a large shot glass) of clam chowder, no bacon just ham and didn't have one claim in it. The server John, was great!! Friendly, knew what to suggest and made sure we were well taken care of, he made the dinner fun and enjoyable. We had taken our friends there to celebrate their anniversary, I called ahead of time to request something to be done and was told when we arrive to let the staff know. Before the drinks came my wife excused herself from the table to use the "restroom" spoke with hostess and was told it would be taken care of. Desert came and NOTHING...... Salmon was perfect, scallops on grits very good, ribeye steak was seasoned and cooked well, I asked for medium and it was a rare medium rare, but flavor was spot on. I expected more from the reviews but it was good food. I'd go back again, now I know what to order and what not to order.

   Food and service was good. This is a mid-level restaurant, one step up from something like an Olive Garden. We went for lunch on a weekday, so it was crowded. We had very good service. Nothing to complain about.

   The food was delicious and John H’s service combined professionalism with friendliness. The outdoor setting made for an enjoyable evening.

   Our second time and won't hesitate to go back. Related restaurants are also excellent, eating at Oyster Rock in 2 days.

   Out server Julia was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about drinks, foods and desserts. Made our Easter dinner very special.

   We have had many great meals at Clark’s, but last night’s experience was disappointing. Our waiter was very attentive. I went with the prime rib (med rare) based on his recommendation. When it arrived, it did not look appetizing at all. Others at our table thought it was covered in ketchup. I ate most of it but it was undercooked and very gristly. The garlic mashed potatoes were not as good as usual. Another in our party ordered an old fashioned which was served 3/4 full with crushed ice, no orange peel or cherry. It cost $24. Wow. We hope this experience was a one off and not a trend.

   We have eaten here many times never a bad experience the service the food and the atmosphere is what you would expect from a fine dinning restaurant. Never a disappointment always enjoy coming here and will continue to do so.

   We had a wonderful meal for Easter. We sat on the patio and the vinyl windows were all up so there was a wonderful breeze flowing throughout. Our server whose name escapes me was outstanding. He was prompt and made sure our order was correct. Cannot say enough about him. The food was prepared perfectly, and the oysters on the half shell to start the meal were scrumptious.
