Our friendly environment is ideal for celebrating special occasions, hosting a business lunch or gathering for a delicious meal with friends and family. Our saloons are a comfortable gathering place to relax after a day at work, to catch a game or share an appetizer with friends. The saloon menu features signature cocktails, chilled martinis, premium and ultra-premium spirits, specialty non-alcoholic beverages, an extensive wine list, and imported and American craft beers including Claim Jumper’s own Honey Blonde, Original Red Ale and IPA. I went to this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The restaurant is not very clean and welcoming. As for the food, it is a real disaster. All the dishes we had were disgusting. Too dirty! The soup was disgusting, the meat was overcooked, tasteless, too dirty and dry. The fries were too salty and not hot. ... I don't want to say anything about the other dishes which were disgusting! The service was mediocre. I don't know who cooks in this restaurant, but it would be urgent for them to change jobs! Following our various complaints to the waiter, no action was taken to reduce the bill. Unacceptable!

We made a reservation and when we walked in the host didn’t know, care or look for our reservation. The server was amazing but the service itself was very slow! We waited for 30 to get drinks and place our order. They were not that busy. We were very excited to try this restaurant and were sadly disappointed.

4.5 Rating! We enjoyed our visit for my mom’s birthday! I was a little worried reading some reviews about inconsistencies (service, food wait times) . Our server (Edna, I think) was AMAZING! So hospitable and hard working, she had a lot of tables that night, but she remained positive and upbeat. Because of her level of service, I would return to this location.

I hanged it up this time and ordered the Cobb Salad. Very good. Just the right amount of bacon, blue cheese, egg, and avocado.

Overall everything was fine. The service was good, and the food was fine, but what I saw online was different than the vibes of the restaurant. I was under the impression this restaurant would be a bit more up scale than what it was.
