   Restaurant was lovely for a Christmas lunch as well as the hotel lobby. Food was good and portions were generous. Service was average. Disappointed that we were seated way in back when plenty of other tables were available. Also there were few lunch items offered on the brunch menu, most are breakfast-y. But I would definitely go back and give it another try.

   We experienced and excellent brunch with out party of 8. We were immediately greeted upon arrival, sat promptly and our server came over to take our drink order and give us time to choose our meal selection. Meal selection arrived in a timely manner and was nice and hot. Our waiter was very attentive and all the staff assisting very pleasant as well. Love the ambience there too. We will definitely be returning as this is becoming an annual tradition for us.

   My friend came to Boston to visit with me and to have brunch. She especially asked to go to the Lenox. We had a lovely brunch. We were warmly received on walking into the restaurant and there was no problem in changing our table because of a draft at the exit door. Our waiter was very acommodating, the food was very good and we were able to visit together for a while past the eating of the food. All together it was a lovely brunch and we will be back again.

   We have eaten here quite a few times- both for dinner and for brunch. We have never been disappointed in the food or the service. I know they have plans for some upcoming renovations, but we fine the restaurant very nice as it is.
