The view is amazing. Even the bayou looks good here. The people are friendly as well. They have only been open for three weeks, but there were so many problems. Some training would go a long way. When we arrived we were told they were clearing a table for us. After a 12 minute wait we were walked outside and told we could pick any table that wasn't pushed together. They had more open tables than seated ones. When asked about wine we were told they only had white. They had to sell what had been donated before they could place a full wine order. We ordered a bottle of white, but since there was no red wine, I decided to change my food order to scallops. Then we were told they had no seafood, but we had eaten an order of calamari as an appetizer?!?!? We asked Lucid, our waiter for an unsweet tea, and he said they didn't have any. We asked a different person for unsweet tea, and he brought it right away. I ordered the short rib that was supposed to be four hour slow braised. Although it had a good flavor, I had difficulty cutting it with the butter knife I had to use to cut it. The gouda grits it came with had been in the pot so long they came out lumpy and had no flavor. My husband ordered the lamb chops which also had a good flavor, but were tough. Our friend got the filet and it was overcooked, but also had a good flavor and none of us were ever given a steak knife. The potato puree, broccolini, and green beans all had good flavor. I also asked Lucid if they had blue cheese olives because I wanted to order a martini. He looked at me like I had three heads, so I just ordered a slightly dirty Grey Goose martini. It never made it to the table. I appreciate that they are cashless and let you pay at the table. However, the website does not say they are cashless. As we were walking out, a couple was sitting at the bar with a glass of red wine and a martini. The lady said they were told there is only one red wine, but it was delicious! She said we should try it.

This was disappointing. They didnt have four dishes on the menu. They ran out of French fries. Place was empty but it took forever to get our drinks and even longer for our food. We wouldn't be back.

It’s still considered soft opening as I’ve walked across the street twice to have happy hour. Food is great and fast but alcohol took a long time. Hopefully they start off with simple drinks or beer/wine until they are staffed up & had lots of practice under their belt. Recommend happy hour prices and would come again and try brunch.

Everything here was great, the view, the food and especially the service. Kellan—was one of the best ever and I eat out 5 nights out of a week all over the world. He was attentive, recommended great food selections and those that were not so good according to your pallet. Will definitely be back just for Kellan service and the view and food.

There’s a nice variety of food options. The service was a little slow in the beginning but another server took my table and was very kind. Parking is a bit tough, be careful of towing because they do have a constable on duty. Pricing was affordable and reasonable, the food wasn’t anything new but this is a great spot for brunch. I enjoyed my experience out on the patio with a great view.

Having been open just a couple of weeks, they are still working out a couple of kinks, but don't let that stop you from coming. The view from the patio is spectacular, the food is delicious, and the portions are substantial. The drinks are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a perfect for a date spot, brunch with friends or happy hour.

I went with a party of four for a Sunday brunch sat on the patio. The vibe in the atmosphere was gorgeous. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the loaded French toast. Highly recommended. The drinks were a bit pricey but tasty. I will go back. Cannot wait to try the dinner

A total gem! This restaurant has it ALL: an unbeatable location, fair prices, delicious food, and a view that will take your breath away. Each dish was an explosion of flavor, prepared with care and served with warm, professional attention. The atmosphere is perfect for both a special outing and a casual meal. Without a doubt, a place I'll always want to return to. Highly recommended! Steven was kind, gentle and efficient

Took nearly an hour and a half to get food and drinks on a slow night. Food was cold, and got drinks after appetizers and food.
