   One of my fav restaurants. Not a basic “hotel restaurant” by any means, just a really good place for food and drinks. That Tomahawk steak was perfecto and I highly recommend the upstairs “bubbles” to sit in. Only recommendation is for the restaurant to have a Bluetooth speaker that can be connected to a patron’s phone while in said bubble.

   I was pretty disappointed because we had this reservation for my family for a couple weeks to sit in one of the igloos. The location of the igloo was fabulous in that we were overlooking the trains coming into union station which my kids loved! The only problem was the top of our igloo was ripped as well as the door to the igloo was ripped so with the wind it was quite freezing. We had noticed there were large heaters outside the igloos that weren’t turned on and when I asked our waiter if there was a way to get more heat he just said no sorry. It was also extremely dark inside the igloo and after an hour and a half dinner when we were leaving right as we walked outside of our igloo someone other than our waiter turned on these really beautiful Christmas lights inside the igloo which would’ve been so lovely to have while we were eating. For a $200 dinner we were pretty disappointed about this experience. It was really too bad because we were looking forward to getting out during this pandemic.

   The igloo was a wonderful experience. Warm and beautiful with the night sky, nearby fireplace, and view of noon station. Food and service were awesome!

   Citizen Rail had a great igloo set up on the balcony overlooking the Union Station light rail trains. It was warm with the space heaters providing warmth in the igloo. We all felt comfortable temperature wise and also felt very comfortable with the COVID protocols. Food and drinks were very well done. We definitely enjoyed the overall experience!

   Eating out was one of our favorite things to do pre-pandemic and we just haven’t felt safe to do so unless we were on a patio. We were ready for a very dark and cold winter, but the igloos allowed us to have a warm and safe dinner in the midst of it all. It was beautiful up there, overlooking Union Station and we really enjoyed the experience. We would prefer eating in the igloos to even eating inside! We hope they keep them when all of this is over.

   LOVED dining under the moon in the igloo! The food and drinks were good; the service and ambiance were great. This was the perfect setting to spend time with family.

    Food was delicious! Although the heater in the igloo was small, it did provide a touch of warmth. The meal became more comfortable as the body heat of four people warmed the igloo. It was nice to look over Central Station and enjoy a fine meal. I feel bad for the staff that they have to walk up and down stairs to bring you each item, but our waitress was attentive and even gave us apple cider to warm up with.
