   Don’t go for the food - pricey and lackluster. The fun of this place is the setting. Beautiful to be sitting inside the main terminal of Grand Central!

   Everything, the food and the beverages, were all outstanding. The wait staff were very welcoming and attentive. The ambience is the ambience of the concourse of Grand Central Station. If you find that exciting, this is a great place to sit and take it all in. Harry's Bar makes the best cappuccino!

   This is definitely a place that has relied on its name and location for far too long. It could be great but the quality of the food was dismal - pasta with a bolognese sauce that tasted like it came from a can and was frightfully expensive. The menu is old, tired and ridiculous. The pricing is completely out of whack. Don’t get me started on the wine glass- tiny, thick and something out of a cheap cafeteria. Never ever again!!

   The food was great. The service was lacking. Several servers kept asking if I wanted water even though someone already took my drink order. Then when I needed more to drink, I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. I also couldn’t tell who my server was. When it came time to ask for the check, it was like pulling teeth to get someone’s attention. And then it took too long to get it when I finally got someone’s attention. This is during the lunch hour when I already said I didn’t have a lot of time because I had to go back to work.

    The service could not have been beat. So many people were waiting on us making sure that everything was perfect. We were able to enjoy our lunch and time at Grand Central Station. This restaurant has a perfect location over looking the main lobby/ concourse at Grand Central. I has the asparagus beet salad and thoroughly enjoyed it. We thought we would have had the restaurant week menu, but that’s not available on weekends. The restaurant is a little pricey, but with the service, food , and unbelievable location it’s understandable. Regardless, you won’t be disappointed.
