   We have dined at Cipresso numerous times, we have always enjoyed the food, & the service. However on Friday May 12th, our reservation was not honored! We arrived at exactly 6:45 pm, and yet we were not seated until 7:10 pm. I kept asking the hostess Dayana when would we be seated and she kept saying “your next your table is being cleared.” However she continued to seat other patrons. When I confronted her about all the other guests being seated she stated that they had checked in before us and were returning to be seated. I could understand that but they don’t have a paging system so how would the guest know when to return. It seemed to me that she was accepting compensation from guests that didn’t have a reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me he was busy. I had to seek him out. I found Bruno and explained my dissatisfaction with the hostess. He apologized. We had to rush eating because the concert started at 8 pm. The experience was very disappointing.

   Always hit the Cipresso when we go to the casino best food always for an affordable night out.

   I absolutely love this restaurant! Their lasagna verde is the best!.....Everything I have tried on their menu has been delicious! The mascarpone cheesecake was a perfect ending to a fabulous meal. Will be back for sure.

   After many visits to this restaurant, we were very disappointed with our food. The quality was just awful. Pizza arrived cold. Salmon was half cooked The evenings special was so salty. I’m not sure what happened to this restaurant but it deteriorated overnight. An unfortunate evening for me, my husband and our guests. For what we paid, it was most definitely not worth it.

   Cipresso has the misfortune of trying to be a classy, upscale spot in the middle of a casino lobby, and the challenge of achieving that is too much for them. There's a difference between energetic and cacophony and this tends to the unnecessarily noisy side. Other than the waiter, the service was chaotic and unprofessional. One entree was brought to a table for 4, while the appetizers were still being shared, and the rest of the entrees were lost in the kitchen, and seemed to have been delivered to the wrong table. We had to stack the appetizer dishes and serving bowls on the empty banquette to make room for the main course, and the server support staff were nowhere to be seen. The food was decent but not worthy of the price, especially when coupled with the experience and the din. With plenty of quality upscale restaurants in the area, there's no reason to return, unless you're craving a loud, chaotic meal in the center of a casino. Your dollar could be better spent in a place that delivers an experience appropriate to the price point.

   Memorable night of fantastic food, amazing ambiance, spectacular service! Any of the pizzas are some of the most delicious you’ll ever have in all of Florida! Highly recommend Robert as your server, he is so kind and friendly!

   4 of us shared the Caesar salad, meatball app and pizza. We all agreed that both the Lobster pizza and the Prosciutto di Parma pizzas were excellent. Martinis also very good with blue cheese olives. Menu is definitely pricey, particularly the wine list. Service was friendly and efficient. Ambiance was nice and lively.

    They made us wait almost 30mins after we got there on time. They also give us a round table of six for a party of four that was quite uncomfortable to interact with each other and The food was average no the best quality and overprice. The wine selection by the glass was very poor and bad quality. I will never go back.
