• Flat Iron Steak

  American Wagyu 7 oz flat iron steak charbroiled and seasoned with your choice of salt & pepper or our fresh herb rub. Served with sauteed onions and mushrooms. American Wagyu is a cross breed of japanese Wagyu and American cattle. Wagyu means japanese cattle. The meat is marbled evenly throughout the steak and is higher in omega 3 & 6. The meat has much more lingering flavor and moisture. Add 10 oz Alaskan King Crab Legs, Add 10 oz Lobster for additional charge. Wine Pairing: Sghesio, Zinfandel, Sonoma

• Filet Mignon
