   Was expecting better quality and service for having a good rating. Seems very catered for tourists which is not a negative, but the quality of the food was very poor. The food looked and tasted as school canteen/cafeteria, pasta looked like it was sitting out for a while. I did have to complain to the manager.

   We went here for a mid week early dinner recently as it was located close to the theatre we had just been to. The restaurant seating is quite cramped & due to it being full it was extremely noisy! There seemed to be so many staff members bringing out the food causing the place to be even more packed & creating a chaotic atmosphere. The waiter who took our order made us feel rushed, asking us if we want more food during our first bite of the food we were just served! It felt faster than a fast food restaurant on the food coming out. It arrives as cooked so not all dishes arrive together if that’s how you wanted to eat them! ie potatoes cold by the time the steak arrived. The food was very good but definitely over priced especially as you don’t feel relaxed & welcomed. I was worried I was going to get hit in the head with a tray as I was seated on the aisle side. The only friendly staff member was the lovely lady who seated us & said goodbye to us. It’s a real shame as it was my daughters special birthday & the decor looked lovely & I thought it would be nicer then it was. They need to have less staff then customers on the floor & hire some more friendly welcoming staff!

   Wonderful food and experience! The waiter was so personable and seemed genuinely happy in his job. The food was delicious- we would definitely return on our next trip to London. Also- perfect location if going to Lyceum Theater.

   We thought a tapas style Italian restaurant would be ideal for early evening meal, however we thought the food was very average, basic Italian food at best and was overpriced. The seafood skewer was a single skewer with hardly anything on it and burnt. Staff were attentive and efficient, but with so much choice in that part of London we won't be going back.

   Felt that tapas setup for this Italian did not flow, food was just ok and it didn't feel that relaxing due to the way food is randomly served. Waiters are very friendly and welcoming though!

   It was such a disappointing experience. The restaurant and decor in itself is beautiful, but unfortunately it is not matched with the service. 15mins or so after we finished our starters, we were then brought the desert menu. I said that we had not had our main meals and the waiter walked off with confusion. Another 10 minutes goes by and I have to ask if the lunches were coming. After a few minutes he returns asking what we ordered. Another 10mins goes by and our food is brought to us. My mums pasta dish was cold and my duck salad was tiny! What I found to be so annoying is we didn’t once receive an apology.

   The variety on the menu is good a like the small plate ethos where you can try multiple dishes. The food is good quality. Found the service way too speedy and you don’t get chance to really relax and take time to enjoy the food comfortably. We we really tight for space and felt crammed in on a little table towards the back of the restaurant. It’s very lively and non stop people and staff rushing around which is fine if that’s your preference. Not for us and wasn’t our preferred dining experience . The price of dishes is also relatively high for small portions

    Second visit during last year. Tried fried tomino and then the truffle ravioli. Simply delicious and tasty both of them. Staff had been really friendly and available for questions. Nice environment, relaxed place for easy dinner out. Near Convent Garden, so really in the spot.
