   Stuffed salmon with crab imperial special was delicious! My husband said his steak was good too. Burrata crostini special was definitely not worth it. Tasted good, but the portion was a bit skimpy for $10. It reminded me of something some restaurants would give for free instead of bread. BYOB place, which is nice. Service was great and everyone was very friendly. There was some confusion with my order but the staff corrected it quickly. We were both very cold the whole time. We were the first ones in when they opened for dinner, so perhaps it warms up with time.

   Arrived on time for our Open Table reservation. They did not seem to be tracking our reservation but we were seated quickly. We brought a bottle of wine as it is a BYOB. We waited for awhile and finally had to ask someone to open it. We still had not been greeted or acknowledged by anyone. The person who seemed to be a busboy asked if he could take it to the kitchen to open it. Another person brought the bottle back but without the cork. We asked for the cork in case we did not finish it. They brought a cork from a different bottle which didn’t fit. And we found cork in our wine. So not too impressive with that. Finally a server took our order. The food was very good. We started with the pistachio encrusted Brie with cherry compote (I don’t remember if it was cherry but whatever it was was very good.) I had a hanger steak. My wife the red curry dish. My food was great. My wife enjoyed her dish as well. Never had anyone ask if we needed anything. Server finally came after we were done for a while to ask if we wanted dessert. We ordered two cappuccinos which were really diluted weak coffee. Disappointing. So overall the food is good but the service is weird - better described as strange. People were pleasant so I wouldn’t say service was bad but it can be done a lot better. Still, I would go again for the food. We ran into friends who said they had the scallops which were very good.

   If you are looking for a small local charming spot this is your restaurant. I have visited many times and tried numerous menu options and am always blown away. It's fresh and delicious everytime. I have never had anything that wasn't absolutely wonderful. Love that it is byo. Super friendly service too.

   Our food was excellent and service was excellent in the beginning but service was a bit slower at the end because of restaurant being busy.

   The food at Chow is delicious and the menu and specials provide a good variety of cuisine. Good service. My only complaint is that a table of 7 or 8 ladies were seated next to my table of 2 and they were loud as hell as if they were in their own kitchen. Otherwise Chow is a great restaurant!

    My husband and i frequent Chow Bistro. We go at least once a month. The service is terrific and friendly. We've never had a bad taste of food. The chef is amazing. This restaurant should be a gold mine if its not. It is truly a wonderful place and the food is impeccable. Extremely impressed!!
