Since our inception in 1995, Alex Plotkin’s Chops Restaurant + Bar has strived to redefine the modern American steakhouse in the Philadelphia region by pushing the envelope of culinary creativity. I made a reservation for a work lunch and even received reminders...but the restaurant is closed and no one notified me! Embarrassing!

The CHOPS restaurant now has an elevated patio space outside of the restaurant. Super nice and quiet for outdoor dining in the city. Only downside is the abbreviated menu doesn’t have the lamb chops that I love. The food was still delicious.

A bit warm despite fan directed at us. Food good. Couldn’t manage to get waiter back for pepper on my dinner or ice cubes for my soda. Ice cubes melted quickly. Soda not particularly cold. Gave up on both.

Chops has an interesting outdoor setting outside the Comcast Center. The menu is limited but the food was quite good. Service was exceptional - a little pricey but we got to watch "The Comcast Experience" from our table.

The food was terrible and drinks were subpar. The pandemic have made this restaurant lose it credibility. The menu is the absolute worst. I will not be back!

This was my first time dining at chop, after reading the mixed reviews I Decided to try it out for my self. I ordered the red wine sangria, which was watered down. For starters we ordered the The cheesesteak egg rolls and shrimp cocktail them items lacked flavor. The 2nd course: The crab cakes were pretty good as well as nice serving size. The halibut was bland and hard to enjoy. The outdoor patio was a nice atmosphere and the best part of my experience.
