   The Peking Duck is a must-have. A wonderfully cooked and presented culinary treat that tastes sublime. The crispy squid typhoon shelter style for starter was gorgeous with a lovely light batter and a delicious crumb. Mango cheesecake was a perfect dessert and not too heavy. Service was faultless and having chef carve the duck at the table gives the whole experience an added air of authenticity. Has to be one of the top Chinese restaurants in the country.

   Amazing food and service. Loved the Peking Duck. But, I know it is a personal thing but, we hate loud booming music in restaurants. Soft Chinese music would work better for us. Sorry, but for us the music spoilt what would otherwise have been an exceptional meal.

   We enjoyed China Tang very much, helpings are huge, maybe just order starters and one main. Monkstown is a very affluent area, the sun was shining and the old church looked like a castle.

   Excellent food ,one duck dish would have been better if crispier. Service friendly, helpful and efficient. Structure of ceiling and walls result in a high level of noise. Price reasonable. Best Chinese restaurant we have been in for many years. We will go again and recommend to others,

   Beautiful restaurant Very slick service. Our table was delayed by 25mins but we were well looked after. The food was delicious and portions very generous. Fantastic wine list. Staff were extremely attentive. Very well trained. Lovely atmosphere. We were very politely asked to vacate our table for the next party but invited to enjoy a drink of choice on the house for inconvenience as they were aware we had been seated late. Stunning cocktails...great mixologist. Terry was really lovely and every single staff member we passed on the way out said goodbye and thanked us. We have already booked our next visit! Highly recommend

   Monkstown Village is a haven of good restaurants. But it was always missing an authentic Asian restaurant. That piece of the gourmet jigsaw has been put in place with the arrival of Chma Tang. Fantastic reviews by top food critics. And absolutely deserved. I have tried a number of dishes. All top class. And the service is excellent I join everyone else in highly recommending a visit.

    Absolutely amazing. The food was stunning, the service impeccable, the restaurant was beautiful...We even asked for the Pekin Duck on the spot (you need to book it 24 hours in advance) and they were able to prepare it for us. We were just unlucky with a noisy table next to us was, but that is not to blame to the restaurant. I highly recommend this place.
