   Our experience for a business & retirement dinner was generally good, for the food was very good. Our main courses were very slow to arrive and just barely warm. It was mentioned that it was a retirement dinner, yet our server apparently forgot to make it special.

   Some of the food was great - one steak out of two was over cooked ( ribeye) scallops were delicious but very salty - the drinks were good - the heat wave was good but the flower took all the space so very little drink just mostly flower, would not order again . The Foie Gras was delicious

   Chimney Park is by far the best high-end restaurant in Northern Colorado. Everything was perfect.

   The service was excellent! It completely enhanced the experience of fabulous food. The personal attention to detail between Sam, Brin and Justin made this a first class experience. We had the Chef's Tasting menu with wine pairing. We were celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special. Justin gave us a wonderful wine pairing experience, sharing tasting notes and trivia. From the Amuse Bouche to the Dessert it was a flawless experience!!

   Chimney Park offers outstanding food, ambience, and service (Perfect!) There are some very good restaurants in this area, but unfortunately most are noisy. No one beats Chimney Park in service, attractive surroundings, superb food, and to top it all off, a pleasantly quiet place to converse among people who are not all stuck in their phones.

   Every bite was flavorful, our server was attentive, and the atmosphere relaxing. Excellent meal before heading out to see a play!

   The best fine dining in northern Colorado. From the front to back of house, the team is exceptional and focused on a uniquely satisfying experience. Host Lauren started the great evening with a warm greeting. No long after being seated, Karen had prepared a remarkable Vesper cocktail perfectly prepared. Rose perfectly matched wines from the special Coravin menu with the chefs creations of spring pea gnude and coulotte with haricots verts dishes. Superb!

   Wonderful experience and lovely menu...we did tasting menu and pairings. Only reason for a lower star on service this time was simply time to arrival of first bite (bread came after) was in the realm of 40 min as there was a rush at 7pm. Staff worked hard to handle that well and with grace and enthusiasm. Still a favorite place to celebrate and enjoy fien cuisine, and we recommend to everyone!
