Server was so great. Owner very very nice. When we arrived music too loud and club like for few people and 5:30 pm. Music got louder so as more people arrived everyone talking louder. Very very uncomfortable noise level and potentially such a lovely Asian place.

The spicy ramen was flavorful but not too spicy. However, the pan fried noodle with seafood that my wife ordered was not good. The noodles were chewy and the sauce was watery and too salty. The restaurant was only half full but we got the worse table that near the restroom entrance even with reservation.

Ramen was really bad ( bad enough to return it with one taste out of it). Manager told us she was sorry about our “mishap” but then did not remove item from check. When asked she told us she applied a 20% discount. We had to explicitly request her to remove it from our check after getting approval from the owner. Disappointing food and management.

Very fine experience. Dishes are imaginative and very nicely presented. Service was helpful and very well informed. We will be back soon.

Food was ok... starters were good, the beef special was not that great .. beef was a bit stringy / fatty (maybe thats how its meant to be, i found it unappetizing), lettuce leaf wraps were limp and unwashed (muddy) .. were replaced immediately, but ... shouldn’t have to ask. My wife enjoyed her Ramen w/ lobster, had quite a bit of lobster in it, not gourmet but she liked it. Service was excellent / drinks all good etc ... maybe I just had bad luck, we will try it again.

Creative twist on classic ramen. Noodles were delicious and presentation was lovely but what really made the bowl pop was the broth. It has a richness that is incomparable. Sakerita was also creative and delicious. Just wish I lived closer so I could get there more often!

Boulder's competitive restaurant scene has another serious player here! Green papaya salad, pork-belly bao, the ramen... oh my... everything was just perfect and so tasty! Our server, Donovan, was super friendly, and one owner was running the front of the house while the other was in the kitchen making our dinner. Everyone came by to say hi and ask if everything was OK. Great meal. Great service. Great experience.
