   We came here for the first time and their lunch special offer was great. We had the empanada and Elote for appetizers. The empanada came with a spicy/tangy sauce that was a perfect complement to the crispy shell and well-flavored filling. The Elote's citrus sauce brought out the sweetness of the perfectly charred corn and the creamy salty cheese. For the main course, we had the Milanese and the quinoa chicken salad. The beef steak and French fries were fried to perfection. The salad had a tangy dressing with great quality avocado and beet. We shared a flan, and it was dense with caramel but not too sweet so we were glad we shared. The place had a great vibe and our waiter was attentive and friendly. We'll be back!

   From start to finish you won't be disappointed! Chimba exceeded or expectations, drinks, food, and overall service was top tier. We will be back when ever we come to Miami.

   Food was amazing, the ambience was trendy and cozy, and the service was impeccable. The menu has many options and everything we had was tasteful. Overall, Chimba is a great choice for a nice dinner with affordable prices.

   Chimba is a hidden gem in Midtown! The flavors are bold, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the service is warm and welcoming. Every dish we tried felt thoughtfully crafted, especially the Lomo Saltado and the ceviche. Cocktails were creative and delicious, and the vibe—music, lighting, energy—was just right. Can’t wait to come back!

   Chimba is an absolute delight! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere that blends modern design with Latin American soul. The food is outstanding—every dish is vibrant, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put real thought into their menu. The empanadas and grilled meats are a must-try, and the cocktails are creative and perfectly balanced. Service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The staff really know their stuff and are happy to make recommendations if you’re unsure. Whether you’re going for a casual night out or celebrating something special, Chimba nails it on all fronts. Easily one of my new favorite spots in Miami!

   Mi experiencia en Chimba fue espectacular. El staff es muy amable y el lugar es muy acogedor. La comida es un 10 de 10. Todo con mucho sabor y fresco. El Elote es el mejor que he probado en mi vida, tienen que pedírselo cuando vayan! Otros platos que destaco son el Tuna Ceviche, los Pork Belly Tacos y las empanadas de Rib Eye & Mushroom. Me encantó Chimba! Volvería sin dudarlo.

   I love this restaurant. They have the best Espresso Martini in the world ! It’s make with Dulce de Leche make it creamier and sweeter than the original. If you are there is a MUST try the empanadas. Rib Eye and Mushroom are my favorites.

   Fuimos a chimba con unos amigos, vimos el resto por una publicidad en ig! Nos dejamos guiar por el mesero, que hizo unas sugerencias increíbles, mollejas, y unas empanadas de entradas 10/10, una churrasco, una Mila y un pulpo al olivo que estaban 20 de 10 y rematamos con panqueques, gracias por las sugerencias y por la comida que estaba increíble, el Ambiente súper chill, el servicio súper atento y amable, volveremos pronto a probar más platos… Altamente recomendable el lugar..:

    Love Sound Tasting experience! Totally recommend. This place has such a chill vibe, live music, great drinks, and some killer promos.
