Had downtown plans and went here when they opened for Easter Brunch! Food came out quick and fresh, and the drinks had a ton of flavor. Not an espresso martini person, but this one included Latin ingredients and was very flavorful! Make sure to get an order of the chips with any dip, for they are a necessity. Service was amazing! If you are parking in cityscape underneath the plaza, be sure to bring your ticket to the hostess and they will be able to waiver the fee for 2 hours!

We had an amazing lunch and went back for dinner. Different menu. Our lunch server was amazing and helped walk us through the menu and we came out with excellent choices. Our dinner server didn’t have the time to do the same. Also we wanted to order two of the “Sea” specials and at 7:00 they were out of those. Menu was a little complicated for us to navigate on our own.

Had an amazing experience at Chico everyone was so helpful Tate was so knowledgeable and made great recommendations such as the pork verde which was amazing. Ava made an amazing old fashion. I will definitely be back

Overall the food was great , although they were out of many things off there menu ! Service could have been better server seemed to have had a bad day not friendly at all. Love this place been coming here for years I hope this doesn’t not continue to happen .

The food was good, but everything has some level of spice. The service was great Ambience perfect Drinks too expensive based on the little glasses they use. I ordered a white sangria and it was served in a 6oz glass full of ice for $12.00 so you really were served 4oz of beverage. This definitely not a spot to have multiple drinks Overall was a good experience

The service was so great. Our ETA kept getting pushed further and further back due to unfortunate events and crazy traffic, but I called ahead to let them know and they were gracious enough to still seat us even though we arrived just after our window. Our server was fantastic, attentive and helpful but not overbearing. Our meal was delicious and everything was so fresh. The ambiance was great, and the decor was interesting. We felt a tiny bit crowded in the high top area; I would try for a booth if you’d like more privacy. The music was also just slightly too loud so it wasn’t the best for conversation, but the music choice was authentic to the environment and not too distracting. Overall, a very nice evening!

Our experience at Chico Malo last night was next level. Our server was on point, and had a great attitude. She checked in just the right amount t of times, and made sure we were taken care of. Food was amazing!!! Great spot to eat if you are going to the stadium or footprint center. Easy walk to both.
