Always very friendly and pleasant service, excellent sushi rolls, unbeatable value. We drive frequently from Carmel for family dinners, it is an absolute favorite for us.

The food was amazing. However, our sever was a bit pulled in all directions. She did her very best but our service suffered due to the amount of tables she had. The noise level made it hard for our table of six to all converse. We had to lean in to speak to each other and it took away from our experience together.

Call me biased - I don’t know if I’m a ‘regular’ yet but it’s my favorite place to come eat. Unique twist on sushi that is cool but not overdone. Bread pudding is excellent and they’re always bringing in good authentic NOLA musical acts. A gem for the community.

It was Valentine's Day and the room was so packed our server could barely reach our table. My review is simply written from the perspective of being understaffed and overcrowded. However, the food is incredibly awesome!!!

We always love going to Chiba! They have great food, and the service is always outstanding! I wish they had a spot on open table were you could reserve the "music" room!
