   This was the most awful dinner we’ve ever had. The service was slow. 2 in our party had the fish which was so bony that they had to resort to using their hands to try to debone it. When there were still many remaining bones, we just had to send the fish back. The manager was somewhat argumentative. The menu was very limited as well so it was hard to choose an alternate dish with only 4 main course selections available. Stay away. I predict the place will close soon.

   So sorry to report a bad experience. We had high hopes. The fois gras looked amazing but turned to soup in the mouth. My husbands bronzino was so tiny it looked like a sardine. The pot de creme was bitter and too sweet and hard. The marshmallows on top were extraneous. The bread was good. The room is beautiful but a tile floor and no acoustic tile on the ceiling make for a very noisy room.

   An eloquent dining experience. Food portions are adequate unless you expect to take home leftovers -- we're taking about quality not quantity here, folks. Ask to be seated next to the open kitchen to experience a epicurean ballet! Service was timely and not overbearing. Coming back next time we are in Baltimore, for sure.

   Good for business lunch. Waiter rushed the bill without asking about dessert or coffee.

   The Cote d’beuoff was very good. Service was a bit spotty. The other dishes that my guests had were just ok.

   We decided to spend a few extra hours downtown before heading home after work, and were thrilled to grab a table at Chez Hugo. Delicious dinner!

    We went for restaurant week but ordered off the regular menu. Ordered the charcuterie to start. Have never been served such small portions. They should be embarrassed. One meat had 3 paper thin round slivers a little larger then a quarter that looked like one slice as they were served stuck together. The other meats and cheeses were similarly sized. We order this frequently and we we're just stunned with the small portions served at Chez Hugo.
