   Our server, Amanda, was a delight! She was personable and attentive and genuinely seemed to enjoy her work at Chez Georges. While we are repeat (happy) customers, we were somewhat disappointed in the flounder special that evening, as it left a powdery feel in your mouth and not much flavor. However, we enjoyed the rest of our food, especially the amuse bouche and the oysters on the half shell with orange and fennel mignonette, and the cocktails are always creative and tasty.

   Easter brunch was excellent. Service was impeccable. We highly recommend Chez George’s.

   Beef and venison excellent. Pork chop good but not great. Kyle provided excellent service. One of our family favorites!

   Outstanding food quality and service. Highly recommend this restaurant. The Early Bird Special is a great deal with a good selection of options.

   Chez George’s is simply the best restaurant on the Island! The food is perfection, the atmosphere is lovely, without being stuffy, and the staff are wonderful.

    Noisy til around 7:30. Service is outstanding. No one rushes you at all. Food is delicious.
