   We reserved through open table for 3pm and we drove 30 minutes to your restaurant and you weren't even open! I will be writing a review on all other platforms as well.

   Showed up on Mother’s Day 2023 after making a reservation on OPEN TABLE and there was NO brunch! What a disappointment! Called restaurant but call not returned. Need to work on what restaurants are on the sight.

   It would be helpful if Open Table and Chelsea's communicated. Open Table took my reservation for Mother's Day Brunch and when I arrived the restaurant was closed. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional for the restaurant, Chelsea's and Open Table.

   Absolutely amazing experience! Good drinks and even better food! We ordered appetizers and salads and they were so good, fresh and the presentation was absolutely beautiful!’ The food was amazing as it was full of flavor!! We will for sure be coming back here to enjoy another meal!

   Food was not like it was on Mother's day. Not enough Turkey, the wait for it was waaaaay too long, should have been sliced upon request not served in a dish. Stuffing should have been served separately ! Food was not very warm. Coffee should be served by a waitress since it is close to desserts, also it was not " hot" . Shrimp should be served peeled, who wants to " stink " on Christmas day. I think the price ( $48) was too much , not enough veggies. I love coming there but was disappointed this time. However, I will try again.

   Best Champagne brunch I ever went to. Awesome service, atmosphere and table decoration. Loved how the food station where set up in different areas. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from. The service was outstanding with waiters and managers pleasing the crowd. Highly recommend this restaurant/ hotel. You will not be disappointed.

   Food was excellent, and the service did not disappoint. We really liked the jalapeño shrimp appetizer, and the fish tacos were delicious. Great place for lunch!!

   We had Easter Brunch at Chelsea’s Bar and Grille inside Embassy Suites. We were with a group of 10. Food stations were set up in different areas which resulted in short wait at each food station. Food was very tasty. Tables were arranged spacious.y which allowed all 10 of us to speak and hear one another during brunch. I would definitely recommend for brunch on a special holiday.

    This was a phenomenal experience. The food was excellent, and the service put it WELL over the top. The restaurant had a special Thanksgiving brunch for the first time ever. They have done it right!! I have come to expect a high level of customer service from all staff on a Hilton Property including that of the restaurants, but this staff went above and beyond to make this occasion special for all in attendance. Recognizing that customer service can hit a base level of courtesy on holidays, this staff - from the wait staff (special thanks to our server, Beth) to the carving station to the busers to the made to order staff and even the Director of Food and Beverage (shout out to Derek) - was leagues above where they needed or were expected to be. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough! Keep it up!
