   The Chelsea House is my new spot now. This was my third time going. It’s always a vibe. The workers are nice, polite, and pretty. The food is good and the drinks are nice and strong. The djs be playing some good music and the hookah is good too. Overall, dope spot!

   Made reservations. Got there an hour early. checkin and could not get a table even after a hour wait.

   The hostess was friendly and attentive to our needs. The grilled oysters and rum punch were delicious.

   Went here to celebrate a birthday. Drinks took 40 plus minutes, food lacked any type of seasoning and took an hour to arrive. We asked for the manager several times and when she finally came she told us the “food is made per order” as an explanation. Isn’t food made per order at any restaurant??? Apps and entrees came out all at once. No comparison to the original Chelsea house location & menu is totally different. They need to rebrand this location because it is subpar at best.

   Asked for med Steak and received a well done steak. Cajun shrimp pasta had no Cajun flavor.

   They lady who was seating us was very accommodating. However people literally were standing around, music was EXTREMELY TOO LOUD, the waiter came every 20-30mins, it was uncomfortably HOT!! Then when the food finally came out it was COLD unseasoned, then food was missing… and for the portion size… it was NOT worth the money. At ALLL!!! And they took forever to bring the bill and give me back my card.

    We waited a half an hour fir the waiter to bring water and over an hour for our food which was mediocre at best. The lobster was too salty. The Bellini was simple pineapple juice and cheap champagne. The guests were allowed to scream and shout at will. The biggest insult was the $$$$ price tag for $$ food. And if that wasn’t bad enough they had the ordacity to charge an additional surcharge. My worse restaurant experience ever!!!
