   We have recently dicovered the Chatterbox and have dined in several times. This past weeked, we ordered the fish and chips and they were awful. Soggy, not hot and very bland. Can you offer us a discount on a future meal? We did not want to send the order back at the time.

   Several weeks back we stopped in chatterbox it was quite busy we didn’t have a reservation and ended up leaving to go someplace else. with the use of OpenTable app it made for a really smooth evening no wait, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

   We went on an evening that had live music and it was a lot of fun! It just so happened to be our first time to the restaurant. The food was great, great options for kids, and so much energy in the place. We had fun and look forward to going back!

   From the minute you walk in to the moment you leave the service is impeccable. The hostess seating us is always asking how our day has been. The waitstaff is so friendly and kind. I was standing waiting for my son on the way out and another server saw that I had to go boxes and asked if I needed a bag. The manager whom I spoke with to tell all of this to was amazing / I am sure her leadership makes this one of the reasons the staff is beyond amazing. I can't praise this establishment enough. The delicious food is a bonus!!!

    We have dined at Chatterbox before. The upstairs isn’t very large and has several booths. When we arrived, there was only one other table full, and we were seated right next to them. We requested to move to a booth further away, and were told we couldn’t, have a booth - that they had reservations. Finally, we moved to a table further away from the one other group in the room. As the night progressed, several other groups dined upstairs, but two booths remained completely empty the entire time. I understand taking reservations, but WE had a reservation too, and didn’t understand why we were denied a booth, while 2 remained empty the entire time? With many other dining options in our area, we will probably select a different place in the future.
